Overview

The Construction Project Executive will oversee client relations, team leadership, field operations across multiple projects at various sizes and complexity. You’ll guide and mentor teams, including Senior Project Managers (Sr. PMs), Project Managers (PMs), Assistant Project Managers (APMs), Project Engineers (PEs), and Superintendents.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversight and leadership of day to day project delivery operations.
• Ensuring safety, mitigating risk, and maintaining schedules.
• Leading strategic planning and contributing to the executive team.
• Developing, training, and mentoring project teams.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 15+ years in commercial construction with a proven, stable track record.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead project teams and manage project sequencing, scheduling, and planning.
• Diverse Project Background: Experience with both ground-up construction and tenant improvement.
• Traits: Positive attitude, professional business acumen, and strong attention to detail.
