We are hiring a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Associate to join a dynamic team in the oil and gas indsutry. This role is pivotal in supporting their business development efforts by providing robust financial analysis, economic valuations, and strategic insights that drive decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.

As a Finance Associate, you will play a critical role in developing detailed financial models, preparing comprehensive business cases, and creating polished presentations for management and board-level approvals. Your work will directly influence key business initiatives and growth opportunities within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain advanced financial models for business valuation and decision-making.
• Perform economic analysis to assess potential investments and strategic projects.
• Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling presentations and reports for senior management and board review.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to evaluate one-off models and support various growth initiatives.
• Contribute to the creation of decks and documentation for board approvals and key stakeholder engagements.

Preferred Experience:

• Oil & Gas industry experience
• Preferred three years of accounting and/or finance experience

Compensation:

• Up to $130,000 base salary + bonus (<$120k at 15%, >$120k at 20%)
