Position Overview:
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee and direct the development and execution of complex financial models.
- Lead and manage comprehensive valuation analyses using advanced methodologies.
- Ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality presentation materials for clients and stakeholders.
- Drive strategic company and industry research to support M&A initiatives.
- Evaluate and approve due diligence findings and materials from prospects and clients.
- Supervise and guide all stages of transaction execution, ensuring optimal outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and potential business partners.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to managers and junior team members, fostering growth and expertise.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and implement business strategies.
- Stay ahead of market trends, regulatory developments, and economic factors impacting the Latin American and Caribbean regions.
- Represent the firm at industry events and contribute to thought leadership in the M&A space.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required): Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
- Master’s Degree (Preferred): MBA, Master's in Finance, Economics, or related discipline
- Language Proficiency (Required): English and Spanish
- Language Proficiency (Preferred): Portuguese
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work with limited guidance in a team environment and manage projects independently
- Ready to assume a high level of responsibility
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines; aptitude to synthesize large amounts of information

- 8 years relevant experience or higher
