Our client is seeking an experienced Investment/Risk Operations Specialist to join their team. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless investment and risk processing, onboarding clients, servicing accounts, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Manage investment and risk processing operations.
• Oversee client onboarding and ensure all account setup requirements are met.
• Provide ongoing account servicing and respond to client inquiries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a hybrid model, with regular in-office presence in Bedminster, NJ.
• 1-4 years of financial services experience (preferably as an investment sales producer)
• Experience in utilizing a planning process or methodology
• Experience with both brokerage and advisory platforms
• Committed to professional development (e.g. CLU, ChFC, CFP)

Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000 - $60,000
• Additional bonus opportunities are available based on performance.
