Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Revenue Growth Management to join our team in Munster, Indiana. This role involves leading modeling efforts to assess the impact of proposed pricing and promotional changes at both national and account levels. You will support the creation of a multi-year pricing roadmap for core brands to drive topline growth and net price realization. Additionally, you will provide in-depth data analysis to support the management and sales teams, identifying strengths and weaknesses. Collaboration with sales strategy and cross-functional business partners is essential to plan and execute optimal pricing and promotional strategies at the account level.

How You Will Contribute

  • Oversee monthly price and promotion trackers to facilitate pricing awareness, discussions and action plans with senior leaders and customer teams.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to help guide data-informed decision-making and develop more effective retail strategies and plans that are beneficial to the customer and LOF.
  • Accrual auditing and processing to include assisting sales and brokers with agreement management.
  • Maintain Dashboards.
  • Leverage existing systems and field data to provide regular analytics on the state of the business.


About YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' proven experience as a Revenue Manager or in a similar revenue management role preferable within Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG).
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey revenue insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Business acumen and understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in revenue forecasting and analysis.
