Job Description

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking an experienced Manager for our Framingham client's bond processing department. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in an office setting and hands-on experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage workflows, maintain legal industry standards legal compliance
  • Lead a team of 8-10 professionals ensuring accountability and clear role assignments
  • Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements for better processing accuracy
  • Enforce compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Develop and deliver training to keep the team updated with industry trends
  • Resolve escalated client issues, liaise with sales teams on complex cases
  • Prepare operational performance reports, analyze trends
  • Support workforce planning (hiring, scheduling, workload balancing)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in a related field
  • Experience in managing a team 8–10 employees
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
  • Knowledge of Massachusetts employment law
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills
