Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking an experienced Manager for our Framingham client's bond processing department. The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in an office setting and hands-on experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage workflows, maintain legal industry standards legal compliance
- Lead a team of 8-10 professionals ensuring accountability and clear role assignments
- Identify inefficiencies, implement improvements for better processing accuracy
- Enforce compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Develop and deliver training to keep the team updated with industry trends
- Resolve escalated client issues, liaise with sales teams on complex cases
- Prepare operational performance reports, analyze trends
- Support workforce planning (hiring, scheduling, workload balancing)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
- 5+ years of experience in a related field
- Experience in managing a team 8–10 employees
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel
- Knowledge of Massachusetts employment law
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership capabilities, strong analytical skills
