Salary: $85,000–$125,000 base per year, plus benefits, bonus, and truck allowance

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations to meet schedule milestones and project goals.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and quality control at the construction site.
- Interpret and enforce contract documents, including plans, specifications, and scopes of work.
- Coordinate and lead site meetings with owners, architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
- Create and manage short-term schedules and long-term project plans.
- Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and contract specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and project progress updates.
- Oversee project close-out, including punch list completion and final acceptance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of construction management or field experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage subcontractors and onsite personnel.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with medical or clean facility construction.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial oversight in construction.
