Our client located in Olathe is searching for a Corporate Recruiter to join their growing team. As part of a the recruiting team, you’ll work alongside experienced recruiters and HR assistants who support the recruiting and selection process. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers throughout the selection process.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing updates and guidance through each stage of the recruitment process.
- Extend offers to selected candidates, ensuring a seamless transition from candidate to new hire.
- Recruit for positions across various functions, including operations, management, marketing, finance, and sales.
- Contribute to the transition process during an HRIS upgrade, enhancing efficiency in the recruiting process.
Qualifications:
- Ten years proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills with the ability to engage and secure top talent.
- Proficiency in HRIS software is a plus, with adaptability to new systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
