What You’ll Do:

• Lead the architecture, design, and development of Shyne Network's platform, ensuring scalability, security, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into impactful features.
• Guide and mentor junior engineers, promoting a collaborative and high-performance engineering culture.
• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle—from planning and coding to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure quality, efficiency, and maintainability across the system.
• Create and manage technical roadmaps, prioritize development tasks, and oversee the execution of key milestones.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh, innovative ideas that will drive our platform’s evolution.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, ensuring the platform runs smoothly and reliably.

What You Need:

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Laravel and PHP development; experience with other web frameworks is a plus.
• Proven experience in building and scaling cloud-based applications.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
• Comfortable with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• A passion for innovation and creating cutting-edge solutions in the SaaS and marketplace space.

Compensation:

• Salary: $30,000 - $120,000 per year
• Equity: We offer an equity package that allows you to share in the growth and success of Shyne Network as we scale.
