Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Engineer to develop, document, and test electrical and electronic subsystems for airfield lighting. This role involves full lifecycle product management, from routine maintenance and quality improvements to product sunsetting and replacement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful solutions in a dynamic and globally integrated environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical efforts for cross-functional project teams, overseeing product development from concept to launch through a phase-gate process.
  • Develop schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, and product specifications.
  • Implement design modifications and engineering changes for quality and cost improvements.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth production line setup for new products.
  • Address assembly, BOM, and test queries during production.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 4–10 years in Electrical Engineering, particularly with industrial products.


Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency in analog/digital circuit design and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with switch-mode power supply design.
  • Proper PCB layout techniques focusing on EMI mitigation and control.
  • Proficient use of standard test equipment such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in high-power electronics, particularly constant current systems.
  • Familiarity with network analyzers and communications systems.
  • Proficiency in electronic design tools, preferably Altium.
