TGC Search is partnering with one of our top clients in the Waukesha, WI area and is looking for a Process Engineer to join the team on a direct-hire basis . In this role, the process engineer will help enhance the quality and continuous improvement efforts in overall manufacturing. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, improve quality, and implement cost-effective solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance quality and reduce costs.
- Lead continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with teams to design and implement automation solutions.
- Conduct root cause analyses and implement preventive measures.
- Maintain comprehensive process documentation.
- Train staff on process improvements and best practices.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to process efficiency and quality.
Experience Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in process engineering within an assembly or manufacturing environment, including any internship and/or co-op experience.
- Proven experience in implementing solutions for cost optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using process improvement tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
