Job Description:

The Lead Electronics Engineer will lead the development and support of advanced electronic controls and subsystems for appliances. This role involves overseeing technical projects from concept to production, ensuring innovation, quality, and efficiency. It requires a hands-on approach to testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing designs to meet both technical and business needs, with collaboration across multiple teams and departments.

Required Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in electronic controls development.
• Proven track record in managing projects and meeting deadlines.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities with a focus on detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Bonus/Soft Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE).
• Experience with hardware and software design.
