How you will make an impact

As a Senior Account Executive, you will build and manage a portfolio of clients, offering Contract, Contract-Hire and Direct Hire staffing solutions for professional level roles. We provide staffing solutions in the areas of: Professional, Accounting/Finance and Technical, including Engineering, Manufacturing and Operations EOM). You will be the bridge between your clients and our internal delivery (recruiting) teams to ensure providing a service of excellence and experiences for your clients.

What We’re Looking for

• You have a proven track record of success in sales or business development; previous staffing experience a huge plus!
• You thrive in the “thrill of the chase,” finding new business
• You have experience in building and maintaining a book of business and can communicate effectively at all levels of an organization, including executive C-level
• You know how to find decision makers and help problem solve their biggest business challenge – Staffing and Hiring
• You have an outgoing personality and the ability to build strong relationships with those you meet
• You are extremely self-motivated and can be independent in your work
• Even though we live in a digital world with virtual meetings, you want face time with your clients – Brewer games, Bucks games and whatever is appropriate in deepening your relationship with your client
• You crush goals and KPIs set for you
• You love winning, know how to win and understand how to bounce back from losing
