Nina Berenato Jewelry is seeking a Full-Time Assistant Manager to join our amazing team in Austin, TX. This role involves overseeing daily operations and leading our team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards. Salary $45,000 + Bonus (usually around $500+/mo)

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Experience managing a $1M+ volume location
• Experience leading a team of 5+
• Tactile Ability - jewelry assembly ability required 

Core Responsibilities

• Lead operational and visual standards
• Achieve monthly personal sales goals  
• Train new associates on permanent bracelets and charms
• Delegate and review daily operational tasks
• Host in-store and off-site events 
• Conduct jewelry making training
• Oversee inventory management and quarterly inventory counts
• Act as manager in the store manager's absence
