Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring mutual benefit.
- Post to company social media accounts on a regualr basis.
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reporting on performance and forecasts.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand presence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration(Preferred), Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience in the role.
- 5 years minimum of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, including CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self driven and motivated to perform at the highest level.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
