Job Title: Invicta Technologies - Sales Business Development Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a self-starter with exceptional communication skills, a proven track record in sales and business development, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential markets, industries, and clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring mutual benefit.
  • Post to company social media accounts on a regualr basis.
  • Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reporting on performance and forecasts.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand presence.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration(Preferred), Marketing, Sales, or equivalent experience in the role.
  • 5 years minimum of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, including CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self driven and motivated to perform at the highest level.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.
