About this opportunity

As an Automotive National Sales Executive, you will aggressively market the PAM Transport brand to establish strong relationships with customers leading to profitable growth. We have a rich history in the automotive industry and we are looking for someone who has experience and developed relationships in this sector. If this sounds like you, we would love to talk!


Pay

Base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. We offer a very competitive commission package as well. This position is remote, based in the Detroit area.

How will you contribute to the success of the team?

  • Identify, prospect and secure freight opportunities in the Automotive Industry - including OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive suppliers
  • Work closely with Operations and Pricing Departments to effectively secure pricing, contracts and freight opportunities
  • Maintain a pipeline of target customers and continuously update as opportunities are secured or disqualified


What makes you a strong candidate for this position?

  • Proven success in Automotive National Accounts and /or OEM Automotive Manufacturing Sales
  • Knowledge of pricing, proposals and contract terms
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong closing skills
