Peak Partner’s client, a leader in managed IT services, is looking for an IT Services Sales Associate. As an IT Services Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of the client’s organization.
This position requires travel around the north Harford County, MD area. The expected compensation package is based on sales success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients through multiple channels.
- Research and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Provide support to senior sales professionals in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and quotations for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Share insights with the team to help refine services and sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in a CRM system.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to optimize sales strategies and achieve sales objectives.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals to contribute to the company's growth and success.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in selling business to business services, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. IT services or technology sales a plus.
- The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in negotiation and closing deals.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
- A basic understanding of IT services, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and other relevant technology solutions preferred.
