Certification Details BLS Job Details The Occupational Therapist I/II / Advanced Occupational Therapist I/II position serves to provide quality occupational therapy services to a predominantly Native American population for the rehabilitation of patients with various developmental, cognitive and/or mental, emotional, and physical disabilities by planning and administering medically prescribed occupational therapy. Job Requirements REQUIRED: Bachelors in Occupational Therapy from a school accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association's Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education (ACOTE). Must possess a valid, current, full and unrestricted license from the American Occupational Therapy Association and Arizona Department of Health Licensure or in any state within the United States, District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Applicant must meet requirements to be credentialed to serve on the Medical Staff. Schedule Information ORIENTATION: Every two (2) weeks only.
