Description The key responsibilities for the Systems Engineer are as follows: Primarily responsible for the architecture and maintenance of the hardware and software infrastructure Windows Server Operating System & related ecosystem (AD, DNS, GPO) Experience with VMWare & Hyper-V virtualization platformsExperience with enterprise backup solutions (NetBackup, Veeam or Zerto)Experience with Microsoft Exchange/Office 365 Profile A successful candidate for the Systems Engineer role will have at minimum 5 years working as a Systems Engineer/Network Administrator (or similar position). They will have to be a highly skilled IT professional with a strong background in managing and maintaining complex hardware and software infrastructure. This candidate will have extensive expertise in the Windows Server operating system and its ecosystem, including Active Directory (AD), DNS, and Group Policy Objects (GPO). This candidate will also need to be proficient in virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V, demonstrating the ability to optimize and manage virtualized environments effectively.
