What You’ll Do:

• Draft and e-file legal documents with federal and state courts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local rules
• Prepare and organize pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, trial documents, and more
• Manage attorneys' calendars, coordinating court appearances, depositions, mediations, and client meetings
• Organize and maintain case files using CasePeer and Dropbox , ensuring easy access for the legal team
• Assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, scheduling witnesses, and coordinating expert depositions
• Collaborate with clients and medical providers to ensure timely and appropriate treatment for clients
• Work closely with accounting to track and manage case costs

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal tools like CasePeer
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and e-filing procedures for state and federal courts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, attorneys, and experts
• Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Empathy for clients facing physical and emotional challenges, coupled with effective problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Paralegal Studies or a related field (or paralegal certificate preferred)
• Spanish-speaking skills are a huge plus!
