Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Search Engine Optimization Specialist at leowalkerproperties.com in Los Angeles, CA. The Search Engine Optimization Specialist will be responsible for optimizing website content, conducting keyword research, and analyzing SEO performance to improve search engine rankings.
• Analyze and report on website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics
• Build and manage a backlink strategy to increase domain authority and search rankings.
• Stay current with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging SEO techniques to maintain a competitive edge.
• Create and execute strategies to improve local SEO and optimize Google Business Profiles.
• Monitor and track organic performance KPIs, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Work cross-functionally with web developers, marketing, and sales teams to align SEO efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Moz
• Experience in on-page and off-page SEO optimization techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
