We deliver high-quality, turnkey direct mail solutions, including postcards, letters, brochures, flyers, and yard signs. We primarily serve the real estate industry but also work with other verticals that rely on direct mail marketing.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for managing inbound leads, cold calling, and building lasting client relationships in the direct mail marketing space.
The ideal candidate not only has at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably within the real estate industry or direct mail marketing, but also demonstrates a competitive spirit—someone who either loves to win or hates to lose . Equally important, this individual must possess a talent for building trust with prospects, ensuring strong and meaningful relationships.
They should also be proficient in using software tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and other software-based platforms to streamline their workflow.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
- Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to convert leads into customers
- Engage and build relationships with clients in the real estate industry and other verticals using direct mail marketing
- Leverage HubSpot for lead tracking, follow-up, and maintaining CRM records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with Wise Pelican’s evolving product offerings to provide the best solutions to clients
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally within real estate, direct mail marketing, or SaaS
- Proven success in a high-volume call environment
- Experience using software tools such as HubSpot, Slack, and other CRM or marketing software
- A competitive mindset with a drive to win or a deep aversion to losing
- Exceptional ability to build trust and rapport with prospects
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Compensation and Benefits :
- First-year OTE of $102,000 (base salary of $54,000 and uncapped commission with an on-target commission of $48,000)
- Uncapped bonuses and commissions
