Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects from conception to completion.
• Develop and coordinate project plans, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
• Ensure all mechanical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
• Review and approve project designs and plans, making modifications as necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may impact project timelines or budgets.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on project status to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical project management within the construction industry.
• Strong background in Piping, Plumbing, and HVAC construction.
• Proficient in project management software, such as Primavera or MS Project.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an advantage.
