Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services to patients, incorporating evidence-based practices and innovative techniques.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including staff supervision, scheduling, and resource management.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive clinic growth and enhance patient satisfaction.
- Actively participate in community outreach activities and events to promote Rise Physical Therapy and our services.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement organizational goals and initiatives.
- Mentor and support staff members to foster their professional development and growth.

Education/Qualifications:
- Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy in the state of Arkansas.
- Clinical experience, with a strong background in orthopedics preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience or potential, with a desire to grow into a management role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for community involvement and engagement.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to innovate and drive positive change.
- Preference for working in a smaller, locally owned business environment over large corporate clinics.

Physical Demands:
- Lifting, pushing, pulling, and assisting patients with exercise and patient transfers.
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases, electricity, and strain from moving or supporting patients.
