Job Details

Our firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Manager to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Tax review in 1040 and 1120 tax returns
• Provide strategic tax advice to HNW clients, helping them to optimize their tax positions and make informed financial decisions.
• Leverage your expertise in tax forms 1120 and 1040 to ensure all client tax filings are accurate and timely.
• Utilize CCH Axcess to manage and streamline tax processes, improving efficiency and productivity within the team.
• Manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to help them grow and develop in their roles.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations, ensuring our firm and our clients are always prepared for any changes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly desirable.
• Active CPA is required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with at least 2 seasons heavily focused on tax review
• Proven experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including HNW, S-Corp, and/or C-Corp
• Proficiency in CCH Axcess is a big plus
• Strong leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong knowledge of current tax laws and regulations, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with any changes.
