We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Estate Planning Attorney to join our dynamic and growing legal team. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dedicated professional who is passionate about estate planning and looking to make a significant impact in the lives of clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Providing expert advice to clients on matters related to probate, asset protection, and estate planning.
  • Handling all aspects of estate administration including probate and trust administration.
  • Collaborating with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals to implement comprehensive estate plans.
  • Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may affect clients' estate plans and updating legal documents as necessary.
  • Conducting legal research and analysis to support the development of case strategies.
  • Participating in client meetings and consultations, providing clear and concise legal advice and guidance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all legal standards and regulations.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Estate Planning Attorney or similar role.
  • Active membership in the state bar.
  • Profound knowledge of estate planning, probate, trusts, power of attorney, and asset protection.
  • Exceptional drafting skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong research and report writing abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues in clear, understandable language.
  • High level of professionalism and respect for client confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
