We are a well-established law firm renowned for its expertise in construction law, commercial litigation, and real estate.

For many years, we have provided top-tier legal services to clients across Florida and beyond.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in commercial litigation, construction defect cases, and first-party property claims.

This role requires excellent analytical, research, and advocacy skills, with a commitment to delivering superior client service.

  • Handle a caseload of complex commercial litigation, construction defect, and first-party property matters from inception to resolution.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and briefs, and engage in discovery processes.
  • Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, depositions, and court proceedings, including trial preparation and appearances.
  • Collaborate with clients to develop legal strategies tailored to their needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Stay current on developments in relevant areas of law and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Assist in mentoring junior attorneys or staff as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in good standing.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in commercial litigation, construction defect, and first-party property law.
  • Strong litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery, and depositions.
  • Trial experience is a significant plus.
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • A proactive, client-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
