A company is looking for a Client Service Specialist to provide exceptional service to investment clients and Financial Advisors in a technology-focused environment.Key Responsibilities Handle cash management functions, including ACAT, wire, and ACH transfers, while explaining money movement processes to clients Facilitate third-party calls and assist clients in completing necessary documentation for account management Complete assigned service requests within stated SLA and coordinate with broker-dealer custodians on client operational mattersRequired Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred A minimum of 2 years' experience in financial services operations preferred Experience with client service aspects of investment advisory, including ACAT and IRA distributions Exposure to web-based investment service delivery and remote service models Proven ability to maintain regulatory-driven policies and procedures
