We are looking for a hardworking, reliable individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen environment. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our operations, ensuring our kitchen and dining areas are clean, organized, and running smoothly

What You’ll Do:

• Dishwashing Duties:

  • Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment to meet health and safety standards.
  • Restock clean dishes and tools in their proper places.
  • Keep the dishwashing station clean, organized, and ready for the team.

• Porter Duties:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas, including sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
  • Take out trash and recycling, ensuring proper sorting.
  • Assist with unloading and organizing deliveries and supplies.
  • Perform light maintenance tasks as needed to keep the restaurant in top shape

• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks, lift up to (specify weight, e.g., 50 lbs), and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
