Job Responsibilities
- Manages and coordinates complex tasks, including meetings, travel arrangements, conferences, and department activities for all team members
- Arranges visits and meetings with Board Members, clients, and external stakeholders as required
- Organizes internal events in collaboration with plant staff, handling tasks such as ordering apparel, reserving meeting spaces, and coordinating catering
- Assists with employee onboarding and offboarding, including ordering IT equipment, setting up administrative access, and preparing workstations
Job Qualifications
- Required: 2+ years’ experience in administrative assistant or similar role
- Preferred: 2+ years’ experience in administrative assistant role supporting logistics / manufacturing operations
