Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring they are logged and tracked accurately.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to research complaints and identify solutions that align with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify trends and areas for process improvement.
  • Draft professional written communications to address customer concerns and regulatory inquiries.
  • Monitor and ensure timely resolution of issues, including following up on escalated matters as needed.
  • Develop and deliver reports to management summarizing complaint trends and outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and compliance requirements to ensure all processes meet industry standards.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably with exposure to customer relations, risk management, or compliance.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks related to customer complaints (such as consumer protection and compliance standards).
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex issues effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting formal responses.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with relevant certifications being an added advantage.
