Job Description
- Expertise in SDLC methodologies – Agile, Scrum, SAFe, TDD, TBD, XP, Kanban, Lean and Waterfall
- Strong technical command of Project management tools – JIRA/Confluence, Rally, Gitlab, Azure DevOps, MS Project, AWS, GCP, and MS Office Suite, VersionOne
- Well versed in project version control and collaborating tools – SharePoint, Salesforce, Service clouds, SaaS
- Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams
- Strategic Planning & Execution, Process Optimization, Change Management and Release Management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate daily standups (or the daily scrum) as needed.
- Manage the team from over-committing and scope creep. Aid in estimation and sub task creation.
- Participate in the meeting and capture feedback.
- Note areas for improvement and action items for future sprints.
- Regular analysis of burndown charts and other portfolio planning tools to understand what gets built and at what cadence.
- Aid the team by eliminating external blockers and managing internal roadblocks through process or workflow improvements.
Salary Range - $100,000-$110,000 a year
