Job Title: Project Manager- eCom Sellout Platform Program Manager

Duration: 6+ months (High possibility of extension)

Location: Ridgefield Park, NJ (Hybrid Model- 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Project Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven individual with a strong background in program management. The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules in different time zones.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Work with client’s global teams and Product and Engineering Teams to deliver strategic programs.
• Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
• Create program plan, manage schedules, and own end to end program delivery with a focus on high quality and on time delivery.
• Meticulously plan and conduct workshops with large group of audience
• Define program deliverables and drive accountability through tracking and follow up on action items to closure.
• Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached.
• Produce program reports for stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate program risks early, promoting a smoother path to success and reducing potential disruptions.
• Conduct scrum of scrums and steering committee meetings to bring alignment.
• Provide uniform stakeholder experience through consistent communication, transparency regarding program status, resource requirements, priorities, risks, and issues.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 4 years in a project/program management role managing software development projects.
• Working experience with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, good organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
• Ability to correctly present the urgency of issues and escalating appropriately.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Proficiency in Agile software lifecycle methodology with hands on experience in JIRA Platform and Confluence.
• Experience in managing AdTech related programs is a plus.
• Experience working in Smartsheets, Tableau
