Job Description

Support the creation and implementation of the go-to-market strategy for TikTok Shop in North America, while optimizing and accelerating the performance of the items presence on Amazon.com and Amazon.ca.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Optimize Consumer Experience on Digital Platforms:

  • Collaborate with global brand teams to ensure creative assets are aligned with consumer expectations and platform-specific requirements.
  • Adapt creative content to suit TikTok Shop and Amazon audiences, enhancing visual appeal and engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing to evaluate asset performance and iterate for improvement.

2. PDP Performance Optimization (Product Detail Pages):

  • Leverage SEO best practices and consumer insights (CMI) to enhance visibility, discoverability, and conversion rates.
  • Implement data-driven changes to product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.
  • Utilize platform analytics tools to track performance and identify improvement opportunities.

3. KPI Analysis and Strategic Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for both platforms, including sales, traffic, conversion rates, and consumer engagement metrics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize digital strategies and improve ROI.
  • Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.

4. Agency Coordination:

  • Manage follow-ups with marketing agency to ensure alignment with digital and commercial goals.
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and quality control for agency-led projects on TikTok Shop and Amazon platforms.

5. Executional Excellence in Media Campaigns:

  • Support the setup, execution, and optimization of media campaigns for Amazon and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the media and content teams to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and reach target audiences effectively.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine strategies for future initiatives.


Additional Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging best practices on TikTok and Amazon.
  • Identify growth opportunities for brands through competitor benchmarking and trend analysis.
  • Support cross-functional collaboration between marketing, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure a seamless consumer journey.
