A large Private Equity firm is looking to add to their talent management team
Responsibilities
? Partner with HR Business Partners to execute and facilitate talent management processes such as performance reviews, promotions, year-end compensation, and organizational reviews
? Organize and analyze large datasets on performance, compensation, education, titles, or other factors and interpret information into a succinct format to report results to senior leadership
? Collaborate across HR functions to help process and onboard new hires, transfers, and terminations within Workday
? Work with HR colleagues to design, implement and support strategic talent initiatives such as engagement surveys, succession planning, and exit interviews
Requirements
? Bachelor’s Degree is required A minimum of 4+ years of experience within Human Resources across Generalist,
Business Partner, Learning & Development and/or Talent Acquisition
? Strong data and analytical skills and experience.
