The Role:
In this 360° role, you will identify new opportunities, foster relationships with existing clients, and drive revenue growth. As a senior team member, you’ll also contribute your expertise to mentor junior team members and enhance the collective performance of the team.
You will work on senior and executive-level positions within the Clean Energy market, supporting clients across the Middle East and beyond. This role offers significant professional growth and a genuine opportunity to shape the business’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through business development and account management.
- Identify and secure exclusive and retained recruitment assignments.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates.
- Mentor and train junior team members, sharing expertise and driving collective growth.
- Represent Gibson Watts at industry events and conferences, strengthening our brand presence.

Candidate Profile:
