ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Shipping
- Prepare labels and bill of lading for shipping
- Reviewing shipments on open Sales Report
- Freight quotes
- Data entry of tracking #, posting and then scan to dept. of ops folders of sales orders
- 100% onsite; no travel or remote work
EDI & Non-EDI Part and CartManager Orders
- Order Administration
- Creates Sales Orders
- Straight part orders
- Prepares open order report
CartManager Item Maintenance
- Enter data into customer install card
- Enter tracking info onto sales order
- Prepare to be invoiced
- Scan all docs and attach to order and put in customer folder
- Send sales order to invoicing
- Enters Service items not in system
- Identify and Conduct Service Item Clean
International Shipping
- Assist Shipping Manager with any international shipping duties
