ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Shipping

  • Prepare labels and bill of lading for shipping
  • Reviewing shipments on open Sales Report
  • Freight quotes
  • Data entry of tracking #, posting and then scan to dept. of ops folders of sales orders
  • 100% onsite; no travel or remote work


EDI & Non-EDI Part and CartManager Orders

  • Order Administration
  • Creates Sales Orders
  • Straight part orders
  • Prepares open order report


CartManager Item Maintenance

  • Enter data into customer install card
  • Enter tracking info onto sales order
  • Prepare to be invoiced
  • Scan all docs and attach to order and put in customer folder
  • Send sales order to invoicing
  • Enters Service items not in system
  • Identify and Conduct Service Item Clean


International Shipping

  • Assist Shipping Manager with any international shipping duties
