What You’ll Do:
In this role, you’ll take ownership of developing and leading a comprehensive Maintenance Reliability Program that ensures the safety, reliability, and efficiency of critical assets. You’ll oversee the implementation of preventative maintenance schedules, manage the CMMS system, and spearhead CAPEX projects while adhering to budgets and timelines. By analyzing program metrics and identifying areas for improvement, you’ll drive continuous enhancements to operational performance. Collaborating across departments, you’ll integrate reliability best practices into capital planning and provide technical training and mentorship to elevate team capabilities. Your leadership will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and foster a culture of safety and excellence.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and execution of a Maintenance Reliability Program to ensure equipment safety, reliability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage and maintain systems related to mechanical integrity, preventative maintenance schedules, and asset performance.
Oversee CAPEX project execution and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within financial constraints.
Administer and optimize the CMMS system, ensuring it meets all program requirements.
Evaluate and enhance maintenance-related metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Bring:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 10 years managing maintenance reliability programs in industrial or related environments.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in developing maintenance systems, including equipment lists, tags, P&IDs, and preventative maintenance schedules.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage budgets, and oversee CAPEX initiatives.
Hands-on experience with CMMS systems and reliability analytics.
Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance standards for industrial operations.
