Position Requirements :

• Graduate of approved School of Physical Therapy.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Illinois.
• Certified in CPR through the American Heart Association.
• Previous experience with pelvic floor dysfunction and outpatient experience is required.
• The ideal candidate will be experienced in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and have specialized training or interest in pursuing specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction.

$38.25 - $57.30 Hourly
