Key Responsibilities

  • Serialization and Traceability :
  • Ensure compliance with global standards like GS1, DSCSA, and FMD.
  • Manage serialization software and integration with ERP (e.g., Oracle, SAP ATTP) and MES (e.g., Rockwell).
  • Develop end-to-end traceability solutions using RFID, barcode systems, and APIs.
  • Data Analytics and Automation :
  • Utilize tools like Python, R, SQL, and Power BI for real-time process monitoring.
  • Implement IIoT and digital twin technologies to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Shopfloor IT Support :
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Address ServiceNow tickets, create user training materials, and ensure system uptime.
  • Provide IT support for laboratory and manufacturing environments.


Must-Have Skills

  • 5+ years of IT experience, preferably in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity regulations.
  • Expertise in serialization technologies and enterprise system integration.
  • Advanced customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in systems like electronic logbooks and batch record management.


Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Ansible, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience with IIoT, PAT, and digital twin technologies.
  • Microsoft certification for Windows (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (Master’s preferred).
