Role
The Community Manager will play a key role in building, nurturing, and maintaining our company’s brand presence and client relationships. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with our audience, gathering insights, and implementing strategies that support customer satisfaction, loyalty, and community growth. This role requires a proactive, organized, and creative individual who excels in communication, understands market trends, and can translate community feedback into actionable business improvements.
Responsibilities
- Client-centric mission - follow the client-centric mission to make certain we are moving towards our long-term outcomes.
- Foster an active, responsive, and friendly community atmosphere across various platforms and in person.
- Develop and implement lead-generation initiatives and improve call-booking processes to maximize prospect engagement.
- Stay up to date with current social media trends.
- Develop gameplans and story boards for social and advertising.
- Capture internal and client photography and videography to bring stories to life.
- Craft and share captivating social posts that resonate with audiences.
- Build meaningful connections through active audience engagement.
- Promote and utilize business systems effectively in order to cultivate vibrant connections within the organization’s community.
- Track and analyze key metrics related to community growth, engagement, and client satisfaction, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Expand and deepen the network of media members, influencers, and podcast hosts.
- Conduct feedback calls and gather insights through well-crafted surveys from clients at all levels, providing valuable input for service optimization.
- Surprise and delight packages for all those involved with the organization and affiliates.
- Plan and deliver events locally for the team and clients.
- Streamline office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

Requirements
- Previous experience in managing online communities and engaging with clients across multiple platforms.
- Proven track record of fostering community interactions and responding to audience inquiries.
- Ability to focus on client success through effective communication and tailored strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey brand values and maintain a positive tone.
- Strong follow-up skills to ensure client satisfaction and relationship building.
- Proficiency with multiple social media platforms and a deep understanding of content engagement strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and effectively follow through on task completion without constant supervision.
- Skilled in using data and feedback to adjust strategies and improve community engagement.
- Proactive approach to take initiative on projects and processes.
- Experience with editing software.
- Ability to create high-quality visual content for promotional and social media use.
- Ability to set goals and develop achievable timelines to implement them.
- Able to work independently and as a team member to drive the business forward, and at times, under pressure to accomplish a wide variety of tasks.
