Electrical Engineering Lead (Power Systems)

Our client is a leading environmental engineering firm specializing in the planning, design, and construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Their projects include large-scale treatment plant expansions, regional water quality studies, and innovative water reuse initiatives, driving sustainable and resilient water solutions worldwide

Role Responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee the production of contract documents, including plans and specifications.
• Perform advanced electrical calculations, such as load, voltage drop, and fault current analyses.
• Design and develop one-line diagrams, control schematics, and lighting systems for industrial applications.
• Manage electrical components of medium to large-scale water and wastewater treatment facility projects, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Required Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Professional Engineer (PE) license with NCEES registration.
• 10+ years of experience in industrial power and control system design, including low and medium voltage systems.
• Expertise in using electrical design software like SKM, ETAP, or ESDA.
• Extensive knowledge of industry standards, including the NEC, NFPA 70E, and NFPA 820.
