The ideal candidate will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (or related field)
• Experience working in a 24/7 plant
• Experience in an outdoor manufacturing environment is a must! Preferred industry experience in pulp/paper/wood/etc.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with demonstrated people management experience.
• Experience in Lean six sigma, workplace safety programs, and leading overall productivity improvement initiatives on site.
