What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop advanced chemical processes and equipment from bench to production scale.
- Optimize mixing, mass transport, and heat transfer processes for batch, continuous-batch, and continuous systems.
- Conduct research and apply chemical engineering theories to solve complex technical challenges.
- Collaborate cross-functionally and present findings to clients, investors, and government organizations.
- Write detailed research reports, protocols, and grant proposals.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in chemical engineering research and process development.
- Proficiency in chemical process and equipment design from bench to production scale.
- Strong understanding of mixing processes, including solid-solid, liquid-solid, and liquid-liquid systems.
- Experience in process optimization, mass transport, and heat transfer.
