*Onsite 5 days a week in Sparks, NV and is a 3 month contract to hire role.
Must Haves:
- 5-15 years’ experience within construction management
- Background working on commercial buildings, ideally 20,000-30,000 square feet +
- Strong interior fit out experience: building bathrooms, office production space, lobbies, etc.
- Strong understanding of P6, Bluebeam, MS Project, and other PM software’s

Insight Global is looking for an Interior Fit Out Project Manager for one of our top clients in Sparks, NV. This person will be reporting to their Manager of Technical Programs and working alongside a Project Coordinator and Superintendent to support the SEMI expansion project which is the build of a semi-manufacturing facility. They will be primarily focused on fitting out this building: building bathrooms, office production space, lab space, lobbies, etc. A high percentage of this person’s time would be spent in the field to ensure that project objectives are being met while also interfacing with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management of the planning, procurement, execution and close-out of Core and Shell structural and architectural systems, including Building dry in and interior fit outs
- Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems
- Develop and manage execution plans to ensure cost and schedule expectations are achieved
- Develop and manage funding requests for new projects
- Perform constructability reviews during design development to ensure engineering documents meet project needs
- Work with the Procurement team to create biddable work packages and verify contractor proposals against cost/schedule estimates for purchase
- Interface with engineering, construction, procurement, and commissioning teams
