Must-haves

-Experience managing large projects within the commercial space

-Ability to use MS Project or another tool for tracking

-Ability to manage subcontractors

-Ability to work onsite Monday-Friday on a construction site/customer trailer onsite

-Strong attention to detail with good communication skills

-Experience with RFI's, contracts, etc

-Experience working on electrical/mechanical or hvac construction projects

Insight Global is seeking a commercial project manager in Cleveland. PM will support general projects for various commercial clients including healthcare clients. Will need to have experience managing electrical and or mechanical subcontractors as well as site superintendents in order to push projects to completion.
