Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring that all projects are completed in accordance with schedules, budgets, and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and construction crews to maintain high standards of work and safety.
• Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and any issues are addressed promptly.
• Monitor construction progress, preparing daily reports and ensuring quality control throughout the duration of each project.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, fostering a safe and compliant working environment on-site.
• Manage the delivery and coordination of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure timely project execution.
• Address on-site challenges and resolve issues efficiently to minimize project delays and disruptions.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to team members and subcontractors, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience as a superintendent in the construction industry, with specific experience in healthcare, education, sports, or commercial construction.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with construction management software and project tracking tools.
• OSHA certification and in-depth knowledge of construction site safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
