WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Sr. Specialist III - Operations & Analytics who as an individual contributor will be responsible for managing core processes that support TV Product Marketing organization and is the focal point for all operational activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Market sizing and analysis at geographic level, scenario planning for business risks, reporting on Key Performance Indicators, P&L Analysis, etc. You will work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to advance corporate objectives.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve data models to size the US TV Market. Forecast overall market position and across the key segments, leveraging internal and external data with focus on geographic action planning.
- Lead quarterly scenario planning process, identifying opportunities & risks to our target plan. Develop specific action plan within each scenario and monitor progress to trigger scenario plans as needed.
- Manage Promotional Roadmap, including but not limited to proposing data-driven promotional prices, improving processes, managing changes and communicating to stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret KPIs to inform leadership on drivers of leading indicators and deliver recommended actions plans. Monitor key priorities and market trends, sensing competitive risks before they occur.
- Develop, standardize and deploy tools and processes that support the achievement of corporate objectives. Closely monitor key performance indicators to ensure executives and decision makers are in an informed position to maximize revenue, share and profit.
- Develop and maintain lift and cost simulation tools to maximize ROI and enable swift decision making on promotional activities and programs.
- Aggregate daily field reports, monitor SKU level performance and recommend actions to improve trends.
- Facilitate the flow of information across internal partners. Close collaboration with Product Managers to ensure key channel, market and segment insights are gathered and leveraged across all processes.
- Anticipate future business requirements; perpetually measure the pulse of the organization and their department objectives to ensure cohesion of strategic priorities.
Required Experience and Education:
- 5+ years of directly related experience is required.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Prior operational experience in technology, business development and/or OEMs Sales and Marketing required.
- Prior experience with consumer electronic products is preferred
