Education/Experience Required: Minimum of 5 years working in Oil and Gas, and Oracle and P2/IFS experience
Job Description & Responsibilities :
- Supports the Oil and Gas Upstream processes, control, audit and reporting for multiple entities/companies through an Information Technology role, involving Finance, Accounting, Regulatory Accounting, Production Accounting, Division Orders and Operations.
- Coordinates continuous delivery of IT solutions and process improvement from multiple internal and external partners to the business to enhance efficiency and scale automation.
- Delivers and coordinates training, QA for multiple projects including acquisition and divestitures, and various ERP/process implementations.
- Designs, builds and supports bridge reporting implementation to enable the business to receive reporting from multiple ERP systems to streamline daily business activities.
- Provides support to the business users in their daily activities as needed
- Assists with the planning and scheduling to implement patches, upgrades and new products to supplement and/or improvements to the current systems
- Tests patches, new releases and client-specific code to ensure that these meet the business requirements and provides continuous and quality business activity
- Liaise with the business to assess process requirements and evaluate possible alternatives and recommend and implement solutions
Skills & Qualifications :
Deep knowledge of P2/IFS Energy Solutions Enterprise Upstream required
- Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or Business
- Previous Experience in Oil and Gas required
- Enterprise Upstream Settlement, Partner Balancing, Upstream Regulatory
- Experience preferred Oracle Enterprise Business Suite General Ledger and Receivables
- EBS Release R12
- Experience with P2/IFS product interoperability
- P2/IFS Procount
- Overall product/module integration experience
- Experience in P2/IFS and Oracle system implementations & upgrades
