Foreclosure Customer Service Associate
You will be receiving incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages and will work often in our vendor related software.
Your specific duties will include:
- Receives incoming calls from borrowers regarding their defaulted mortgages
- Provides exceptional customer service and responds in a timely manner to resolve any issues
- Will be receiving incoming calls, must have a pleasant voice and use of proper grammar is essential.
Specific qualifications for the position include :
- Above average typing and computer skills
- Prior foreclosure experience REQUIRED!
- Call Center experience required
- Exceptional mathematical skills
- Must be well organized and possess exceptional time management skills
- Team player
- Great communicator
- Remains calm in stressful situations
- Excellent attendance
